OUR MODEL

Atlysian is unique. Our purpose is to collect and provide aggregate data in order to establish sustainable funding streams to health care professionals who are working toward the implementation of improved, evidence-based models of care for chronic diseases.

Sustainable Support

In today’s environment, securing the long-term funding is critical before even setting out on an initiative. For certain chronic conditions, funding is not readily available or accessible for innovative projects that could have a significant impact on care and patient outcomes. Too much time is spent seeking funding, justifying the request and then doing it all over again for projects that extend beyond a certain timeframe, potentially compromising the success if the entire project. Atlysian has developed an innovative funding model that secures the sustainability of community lead initiatives right form the onset. This unprecedented funding pool, which is replenished annually is available for meaningful initiatives that are endorsed by the medical community in areas that the community has determined to be in need.

Delivery of Care

In 2019 -2020, Atlysian managed to set itself apart by working on essential projects in order to examine what we are doing today vs what we would like to see improve tomorrow

Better Outcomes

Atlysian is presently working with the Alberta Government and its leaders in the field of Rheumatology to fund a health research study. This study focusses on Rheumatoid Arthritis patients in the hopes of providing the specialists with real world data in Electronic Medical Records to provide better treatment.

Atlysian is presently working to help support the Ontario Rheumatology Association’s ORDER project (ORA Rheumatic Diseases Evaluation Registry). Atlysian is utilizing our Electronic Medical Record and Project Management expertise to make this project a success. Upon completion of the project, physicians will gain critical insight to their practice patterns leading to improved patient outcomes.

Anna TSOULUHAS

PRESIDENT, CEO

Identified by physician stakeholders as a sincere collaborator with strategic leadership and savvy towards better outcomes for patients, she took the lead in creating several important initiatives including the Canadian Initiative for Outcomes in Rheumatoid Arthritis (CIORA). She had been appointed to the board of the Canadian Arthritis Network and has served on the steering committees for the Arthritis Alliance of Canada.

Seeing the bigger picture and supporting improving care is what makes Anna tick!

Adam LAVICTOIRE

VP, DATA ACQUISITION

Adam Lavictoire is a seasoned, proactive, and efficiency-oriented systems administrator with over 15 years of experience in database and applications management for large, national corporations.

Adept in project management, specializing in system migrations, system consolidation and workflow optimization, Adam’s passion to evaluate existing processes and systems has resulted in the creation of new methods for generating cost and time savings.

While his proficiency spans content management systems, root cause analysis and quality assurance, Adam has expanded his knowledge base by obtaining his Health Informatics diploma. Since moving into the health care world, Adam has been involved in building and taking both OSCAR and Accuro systems online.

Adam’s attention to detail and meticulous work ethic has been recognized as his major strength by his employers and peers throughout his career.

Nathalie RABBAT

EXECUTIVE RELATIONS

Nathalie, who holds a BA in Applied Social Science from Concordia University, comes with over 20 years of experience in the communications field.

Her strong organizational and interpersonal skills have allowed her to build a flourishing career in the field of advertising and customer relations. Nathalie also has worked in promotions & business development during her career and her ability to build relationships with clients also has led her to the position of head of National Sales.

Nathalie made the switch to healthcare two years ago with a pharmaceutical based advertising agency as a Project Manager which inspired her in the field.

Her constant curiosity and refined understanding of the positive impact health care interventions can have has only fueled her passion in the area.
